Spa Massage Package With Barbara

Facials: Facials begin with a gentle cleansing of the skin. Steam or warm towels are applied to the face. A rejuvenating mask is applied next to the face. Finishing with a light relaxing massage of the shoulders, neck and face. Cost: $85.

Spiritual Massage
Using a variety of techniques such as traditional massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Kahi and strokes for stretching and removing knots and sore muscles. It also encompasses a Shamanic cleansing with passes to unblock energy along with Reiki and Kahi healing to allow the energy to flow. Finishing the massage with a Brushing Down and Fluffing of the Aura, for a feeling of total relaxation while feeling a state of heightened awareness and energy as the spirit is lifted.
Rates: 60 minute session $75.

Kahi-Loa This method of touch therapy is used to relax the nervous system. Because the nerves lie right under the skin, gently stroking, brushing, kneading and rolling the skin relaxes the nervous system. Leaving you in a wonderful state of relaxation and peacefulness. Rates: 60 minute session $75. Plus cost of accommodations.

Reflexology
Reflexology is also known as zone therapy. Applying it to either the hands or the feet. There are five zones on each side of the body. From the top of the head to the tip of the toes.
By pressing a particular area on the foot or hand a reflex is sent to the organ or gland within that zone. Relaxing the organ or gland and diminishing pain. By working the whole foot or hand you are sending relaxes to the entire side of the body for relaxation and stress reduction.
Rate: 60 minute session $75.

Kahi
A Hawaiian Shamanism Healing Energy Session.
Clearing and balancing the Charka’s moving energy from the Charkas to all areas of the body. Unlocking all energy paths allowing energy to flow freely. Bringing instant healing and a sense of well being.
