The Harbor House Bed & Breakfast Inn has eighteen mini-suites and our grand
unit - the Harbor Suite (a favorite with honeymooners and for romantic weekend
getaways!). All rooms are superbly appointed, are quite large and comfortable,
feature a large tiled bath, complete kitchen and are guaranteed spotless.
All rooms share a second floor balcony offering views of picturesque Hyannis
Harbor or a first floor shared patio. We also
feature select rooms offering privacy as well as larger suites that can accommodate
up to 8 guests.

the 6 distinct villages that make up Barnstable( Hyannis, Centerville, Cotuit,
Marston's Mills, Osterville & the 'Village') as well as the best of Plymouth,
Mashpee, Sandwich, Orleans, Provincetown, Dennis and Yarmouth. It's experience

of Hyannis Harbor offer Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard ferries, as well as Deep
Sea Fishing Charters, sailing
charters, kayak rentals, Pirate Ship adventures, narrated tours of the harbor
and Hyannisport, as well as many waterfront restaurants and artists' boutiques.
Family friendly performing arts & theater events are held free-of-charge
during summer at Aselton Park right here on the harbor, courtesy The Arts
Foundation of Cape Cod.
Two Beaches
A short walk up our
street, you can sun bathe on the sands of our two fine beaches, great for
swimming and great for kids. (We offer a complimentary on-demand beach shuttle
service too.)
Our quaint size is Cape Cod comfortable. No crowds. No waits.
Cancellations:
Two weeks notice needed. $49 charge for cancellations. Cancellation
insurance available. Two nights minimum stay weekends.
